GENNARO Italian Cheese started in Thailand in 1989. We use 100% whole milk from contracted local farms to make fresh Italian cheese such as Mozzarella Fior Di Latte, Burrata, Ricotta, Feta and Mascarpone. We are also HACCP & GMP certified with the commitment of great quality with consistency.
Currently we distribute our products through hotels, restaurant and supermarkets.
